How to export from Claude
Getting your conversation history. Takes about two minutes.
Go to Settings in Claude.ai.
Click your profile in the bottom left of Claude.ai, then select Settings from the menu.
Find "Export data" under Privacy.
Scroll to the Privacy section in Settings. Click "Export data." Anthropic will send a download link to your email — usually within a few minutes.
Upload the file to Memrov.
Drop the export file into Memrov. The app walks you through what it found in your history and tells you when your reading is ready.

How do I export my Claude conversation history?
Go to Claude.ai > click your profile in the bottom left > Settings > scroll to Privacy > click "Export data." Anthropic will send a download link to your email. The file contains your full conversation history, which you then upload to Memrov.
