Optional service

Matching is optional. If you enable it during onboarding, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

What matching uses

We use pseudonymous personality outputs and a regional indicator such as the first digits of a zip code to support compatibility-oriented matching. A separate secure vault may store a technical mapping between a pseudonymous identifier and your account solely for operating this feature. That mapping is removed when you delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy.

No guarantees

Matching is experimental. We do not guarantee matches, compatibility, or outcomes. It is not a substitute for professional advice or crisis support.

Opting out

You can stop using matching by not opting in, or by deleting your account. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion affects stored mappings and retained analytical data.
